Terang Bulan Pancake Recipe

TERANG BULAN PANCAKE

Nicknames

Hmmm.... OK where should i start this, maybe i will start from the nickname history, this is original pancake from Indonesia and has a lots of nicknames, in Indonesia we call it "martabak manis", "terang bulan", "kue bulan" and still more I think, cause I can't remember it one by one. I think why this food has many names especially in Indonesia because Indonesia is composed of many islands and local languages.

Nutrition Facts

There is no doubt that these pancakes have a very high-calorie levels, so very unhealthy if eaten too much, I know it's easy to say but sometimes I can't stand the temptation of the delights of this food, am I right ? lol, yup 100% right.

Street Food

This pancake is classified as street food, why ? because almost every region in Indonesia you will find people selling this food, they sell using the cart and where they sell is on each side on the street, they start selling around 6 PM until midnight, you don't believe it ? then you should come to Indonesia, my friends. And about the price, this food is very cheap but the taste like five-star taste lol.

But today I'm made Terang Bulan Cheese pancake, it's more easy, simple and fast, just put a lot of cheese inside and voila it's done, actually, you could add more variation ingredients such as grated dark chocolate, chopped peanuts, sweetened condensed milk and butter. Okay, it's enough for descriptions, lol, it's time to write the recipe and how to make it.

By the way.....
I'm sorry about the photo, I forgot to take a picture step by step, but I promise to all of you food lovers, I will put more step by step picture next time if I forgot then forgive me okay ? lol, just kidding.
