Of course!! Ok ok, today I write a recipe about Chicken Noodles . This chicken noodles I recently made a while ago for my lunch LOL.
I name it "Quick Chicken Noodles". Yes, it's very simple and quick to make. As usual, I will use fresh egg noodles for this recipe combine with chicken meat and mustard green vegetable. And for the seasonings are easy, I'm sure this bottled seasoning is always ready in your lovely kitchen. How to make this quick chicken noodles it almost the same like to make general chicken noodles, but in my version I made it much simpler, so we could be more time-saving and of course the taste will also different than the other chicken noodles,

Method to cook??
to cook this quick chicken noodles you just need to perform two cooking methods. First, simply stir fried with the chicken meat and second, just simply boiled the mustard green vegetables. You can add a pinch of sugar and one tablespoon cooking oil when boiling the mustard green in order to make the result more shiny and green. After all processed, mix the noodles into a bowl that has been filled with some seasoning and stir until blended, done.

Ingredients :
- 60 grams fresh egg noodles
- 20 grams mustard green vegetables
- 50 grams chicken meat
- pickles to taste
- 1/4 teaspoons oyster sauce
- a pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dark mushroom soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon M.S.G
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fish soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Stir Fried Chicken
- 1/4 teaspoon dark mushroom soy sauce
- a pinch of salt, sugar and pepper
- 1/2 Kikkoman soy sauce
Directions :
- Mix all seasonings such as 1/4 teaspoons oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon dark mushroom soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon M.S.G, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 pepper, 1/4 teaspoon fish soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon Kikkoman soy sauce, a pinch of salt into eating bowl.
- Cut the mustard green into multiple parts, about 3cm long
- Cut chicken meat into diced sizes, about 1cm squares.
Methods :
- Heat the water about 5 cups, and then input the fresh egg noodles, boil noodles approximately 5 to 6 minutes and remove.
- Then we proceed with boiling the mustard green vegetable about 1 or 2 minutes, add a pinch of sugar and 1 tablespoon cooking oil and remove.
- Chicken Meat : Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil, stir-fry the chicken meat, add 1/4 teaspoon dark mushroom soy sauce, 1/2 Kikkoman soy sauce, a pinch of salt, sugar and pepper, stir well and remove.
- Put boiled noodles into a bowl that contains a seasoning blend, stir well and add mustard green, pickles and stir-fried chicken on top, and ready to serve.
