STIR FRIED CHICKEN WITH HOT SAUCE





Helloo we meet again, with another chicken variant menu and definitely will more often too cook with chicken meat and create more chicken recipe cuisine, don't ever get bored OK.


Ahh so as not to get bored, here I would give the super spicy chicken recipes this is an ancient recipe from my family, was hereditary until finally got to my hands and this recipe is 100 years old LOL, Nah I'm just kidding. Anyone like spicy ??? raise your hand you guys, because I personally like spicy foods, eat spicy it is like eating while doing sporting much sweat out, so prepare your handkerchief beside you. But remember don't eat too much spicy food in a day, you will get a stomachache.


Stir fried chicken with hot sauce is using chicken fillet, chest or thigh part is up to you. If I prefer to use the chest part for this recipe and I don't use the skin part OK. But if it fried until crispy....hmmm...I LOVE IT. I'm sure we all love the fried or grilled chicken, RIGHT ???


Ok here the super spicy chicken recipe from me. Grab it, it's 100% FREE.



Ingredients :


  • 1 chicken (about 1 1/3 lb)
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon M.S.G
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 scallions
  • 1/4 teaspoon brown pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 cup fried oil
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 tablespoon hot soybean paste
  • 3/4 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions :

  1. Remove the bones of chicken, score the upper surface of the chicken meat, then cut the long pieces as 5cm long and 2cm wide, marinate with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch.
  2. Slices the one end of scallion about 2 tablespoon chop, 1 tablespoon ginger, and 3 tablespoon garlic.
  3. Combined Seasoning Juice : Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon M.S.G, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon brown pepper powder, 3/4 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoon water, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil in the bowl and mix well.


Methods :

  1. Heat 3 cup oil boiling hot, soak the chicken pieces in the boiling oil, and soon remove.
  2. Boil 3 tablespoon oil, add 1 tablespoon hot soy bean paste, 2 tablespoon scallion shred, 1 tablespoon ginger and 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, stir-fry evenly, puts chicken pieces and Combined Seasoning Juice in and stir fry quickly over high heat thoroughly, add 1 tablespoon sesame oil, remove and serve.


Notes :

  • Put more hot soy bean paste if you like spicier.
