Fried Tempe With Sambal

FRIED TEMPE WITH SAMBAL

Tempe.....this food almost every day available on my dining table, this tempe food can you eat as a snack, just cut into small pieces and then simply fried it, it's easy right.

The basic ingredients of tempe is a soybean, the soybean is processed through the fermentation for about 24 hours. But in this recipe, I do not discuss how to make the Tempe Ok. The tempe which I use here is ready to cook I simply bought it at a supermarket and the price is also very cheap. Even cheap doesn't mean there is no nutrition inside Tempe, to my knowledge Tempe has a pretty good nutrition content. And Tempe is now well-known to the outside Indonesia.

Sambal?? what's that?? Sambal is a spicy sauce made from a variant of chili and mix with herbs and seasonings, all the ingredients are blend with a blender until crushed but not to smooth, or also you can crush manually with "Uleg". Uleg is a traditional tool from Indonesia to crush food.

At this time, I would give the recipe of  Fried Tempe With Sambal as usually this is the simple food recipes, there is no distress level to make this recipe. Trust me and see it for yourself.
