Sauteed Sweet Corn

SAUTEED SWEET CORN

Hola !!!Is there any vegetarian here ?? I hope there is a vegetarian here because a vegetarian is one healthy living trends. For all vegetarian you entered the right recipe blog although I'm not a specialist in writing and sharing a vegetarian recipe, but this recipe is fit for you and it's very delicious too.

We will use sweet corn as the main ingredient for this recipe, yup just sweet corn and some seasonings of course. By the way, did you know that corn is one of staple food in some areas in Indonesia and there are two types of corn, that is white corn and yellow corn, but for this recipe I use sweet young yellow corn.

About the nutrition of corn, corn is a pretty good source of calories too, 100 grams of corn there are 342 calories. And also corn can be processed into flour and sugar but in this case, I will not explain it more further cause I'm not the expert on nutrition lol, I'm just a housewife who loves to cook.

On this occasion I will use sauteed method to cook the corn, this recipe idea comes from my cute little daughter and she is already five years old now, one day she said "How does it feel if we cook sweet corn and marinate with salt and sugar mommy ? " at that time I was not saying anything, just smile at her. After a few days later I made her idea become reality, she is very happy when she tasted and eat it, she said "Your sweet corn is very delicious Mommy" , I'm very happy to hear that.

Now, this sauteed sweet corn become one of my little daughters favorite food, almost every Friday she took this menu for his lunch at school.
