CHICKEN FRIED NOODLES
This recipe is the most common and also popular noodles dishes and almost all over the world already knew this, what is it ?? what else if not chicken fried noodles, impossible if you don't know this cuisine, am I right ?? yup 100% right.
First time I learned cooking is from this dishes, couples time trial and error when I make this fried noodle, even though everyone said making chicken fried noodles is very easy but for me it was very difficult lol, pleaseeee to understand, I'm not instantly good at cooking, all need time and process right.
Ok ok back to noodles, the noodles that I used here for this recipe is a fresh egg noodle not the dry egg noodles, I prefer to use fresh egg noodles instead dry egg noodles, cause fresh noodles in my place it's more chewy and flexible. When you cooking fried noodles try don't get to much of break up, make the noodles stay long. Some Chinese peoples said if you eating long noodles then your prosperity and age will getting better and you know what my mom also often said so, maybe it's like a pray to yourself and the postive thing will happen to you.
For the meat and vegetables you can use anything you like, as long as you don't replace the noodles with other stuff, then everything it's just okay and fine lol. Hmmm.... oh yes there is something I just remember now, there small tips, when you boil the fresh egg noodles, try to boil 3/4 cooked. Cause the noodles will get through two stages of cooking, this simple tips will very useful.
Ingredients :
- 200 grams fresh noodles
- 50 grams chicken meat
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic
- a bunch Chinese cabbage
- 100 grams white cabbage
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon M.S.G
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark mushrooms soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
Directions :
- Boil fresh noodles about 5 minutes and remove.
- Cut and slice the chicken meat (according to your standard)
- Break the egg and whisk in a small bowl.
- Chop garlic with random size
- Cut Chinese cabbage and white cabbage about 3cm long then wash to clean.
- Combine Seasoning Juice : Mix 1/2 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon M.S.G, 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon dark mushrooms soy sauce, 1 teaspoon fish sauce.
Methods :
- Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil in a pan, put chopped garlic and egg in, stir fry about 20 seconds.
- Put in the Combine Seasoning Juice and Chinese cabbage and white cabbage stir evenly about 2 minutes.
- Then put boiled fresh noodle in, then add 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce on top fresh noodles, Stir fry evenly over high heat until dry, remove and serve.
