Crispy Chicken Slices With Brown Sauce

CRISPY CHICKEN SLICES WITH BROWN SAUCE

Crispy chicken slices with brown sauce ? demiglcae brown sauce ? Nope, it's not demiglace brown sauce, it's my simple original sauce that I found accidentally from trial and error experiments. I'm not very good at giving a name for a food or menu that I created, so sorry if it's named sounds ridiculous or even similar with the name of an existing food.

Try to pay attention to the photo and take a look at the result of fried chicken skin, it seems similar to KFC, right ? yup, cause of KFC chicken was the one who inspired me in making this menu and I added various vegetables that served with steak to appear more crowded, but I think I put too much lol. And then to add more flavor and taste I tried to blend it with my brown sauce and voila it turns out beyond suspicion, the taste, flavor and overall can be said to be very satisfying.

For the chicken, i use for this dish is chicken meat without bone or commonly called chicken fillets. You could also use chicken with bones but I think is not suitable for this type of cuisine, because you will stress upon eating it later and will also reduce the pleasure in eating. Trust me, cause I already tried earlier lol. My husband and my daughter had also complained earlier. So? still wanna try ?? it's your call.

I will describe a little about the taste of this brown sauce, hmm....there is sweet, sour, salt, savory taste and....still more I can't describe but the point is,this brown sauce has rich of taste.

This dish you can serve with white rice, but if you serve with white rice then you should remove the potatoes and also add more the brown sauce. Usually, we in Indonesia have always served a dish like this with white rice.

So what are you guys waiting for?? let's go food lovers, try to make this recipe. Maybe you could combine with your own sauce and the result could be much more delicious then this food recipe and if it does PLEASE let me know and SHARE with me okay.
